Moonlight White
Moonlight White is a rare and delicate white tea from Yunnan province, harvested only in March and picked before the sunrise. It is a unique tea because its leaves are withered indoors and never exposed to the sun, creating a contrasting black and white colours, where one side of the leaves will turn dark, while the buds and leaves covered by white down will stay light. Its flavor is soft and velvety, with a clean, refreshing taste and honeydew sweetness with notes of honey. Its aroma is delicate and fragrant, and it can be enjoyed in multiple infusions. This tea is suitable for ageing and its flavor will shift over time to become stronger and closer in taste to a sweet black tea. An ideal choice for any connoisseur.
