Exhale

A calming herbal blend designed to support the nervous system, ease tension and help the body fully unwind.

Exhale

Exhale is the cup that tells your body the day is done.

It is a herbal tea designed to calm the nervous system, supports stress resilience with support of adaptogens, promote restful sleep and soothe digestion.

It opens with the warm, honeyed scent of chamomile and lavender, the kind of aroma that slows your breathing before you even take a sip. The first taste is soft and naturally sweet, rounded by apple and a gentle touch of licorice. Lemon balm lifts the palate with a quiet citrus brightness, while peppermint leaves a cool, clean finish that never overwhelms.

Beneath the flavor, two Ayurvedic adaptogens, ashwagandha and shatavari, work quietly to help your body ease out of stress mode and settle into rest.

This caffeine-free herbal blend is smooth, naturally sweet, and grounding, ideal for evenings or moments when you need to slow down and reconnect. It's your time to exhale.

Please note: Contains licorice — individuals with hypertension should limit consumption. Contains ashwagandha and shatavari — not recommended during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, for children, or if taking sedative, immunosuppressant, or anti-seizure medication. Consult your healthcare provider if you have questions.

Exhale started with a cup of tea in a Polish grocery store and a thought: why does it take a trip to another country to slow down? We brought that feeling home then made it ours. Chamomile and lemon balm for calm. Lavender for the exhale. Ashwagandha and shatavari because sometimes you need more than flavor, you need something that meets you where you are.
