Sweet Dreams

Sweet Dreams is a delightful, caffeine-free herbal tea blend featuring a special combination of soothing herbs and flowers with woodsy notes of valerian that make it the perfect choice for winding down in the evenings before bed.
The blend includes valerian, a herb renowned for its ability to address problems such as insomnia, nervousness, and headaches, as well as chamomile, which is widely used as a natural remedy to reduce inflammation and anxiety and promote sleep.
The infusion is further enhanced with the addition of lavender, known for its calming aroma that promotes relaxation and can make it easier to drift off to sleep, and lemon balm, an aromatic herb with a citrus scent that has been used for centuries to reduce stress and improve sleep. Lastly, passionflower, traditionally used to alleviate anxiety and enhance sleep, has also been shown in recent studies to be effective in improving insomnia and sleep quality.

Enjoy a cup of "Sweet Dreams" and embrace a night of tranquil, restorative sleep.

Don’t be put off by the strange sent of valerian. The infusion is very good tasting. And very very potent: you will SLEEP!

One of the best and superbe Shanti blend.
