Organic desiccated shredded coconut, medium cut, without added sugar, flavor or sulfates. Desiccated coconut is simply fresh coconut meat that has been grated and dried. It's amazing in raw chocolate or energy bars. It can be used in cakes or pie crust recipes, as a breadcrumb replacer, added to hot cereals or granolas. Try blending it into smoothies or making a homemade coconut milk. Simply blend coconut and added water together then strain by squeezing it through a cheesecloth. It's delicious!
