A bold blend of exquisite black teas and pu-erh.
This blend is earthy, malty, rich and smooth with a slightly fruity note. Pu-erh adds a bit of umami, with it's earthy, deep flavour. Great tea on it's own or with added milk. This is also a great blend for kombucha makers. Kombucha made with this tea is smooth, full-bodied and earthy with some astringency. It will pair well with dark fruits, any kind of spice, oranges and much more
Organic black tea blend, organic pu-erh
|Serving Size: 2.5g /cup|
|Steeping Temp: 100°C|
|Steeping Time: 4-5 mins.|
|Aroma: Earthy, malty, sweet|
|Infusion Aroma: Earthy, malty, slightly fruity|
|Infusion Color: Amber|
Combine the following to make a 1 gallon batch of kombucha!
• 2 tablespoons loose tea
• 1 cup pure cane sugar
• 1 SCOBY
• 1-2 cups starter liquid
• 1-gallon wide-mouth glass jar
• Tea towel (or breathable fabric) and rubber band
