I buy these for the health benefits and because of their richness of flavour from where they are grown. I add some to almost every pot of tea I have for the daily vitamin C dose, but there are many uses for these if you enjoy eating them. They have a light, but fruity zing and blend with all teas and herbal teas so far, creating a well rounded flavour that balances out any bitter flavours of black ir green tea.
