The Pitta Dosha:The Pitta dosha is characterized by a medium physique, sharp mind, strong focus, competitiveness, strong appetite, good leadership abilities, and a dominant personality. Imbalance in a pitta person manifests as irritability, increases in body heat, discomfort in warm weather, excessive perspiration, and a tendency towards the premature thinning of hair. The Pitta Balance tea is meant to cool the body and calm the mind, reducing irritability and discomfort.

Nice tea. Very lemony and a beautiful red colour thanks to the hibiscus. I tend to like to leave my leaves in the tea the entire time that I drink it, but I found this tea gets too strong if I do that. Definitely leave in for a few minutes, then remove the leaves for the best flavour. |
