Oolong tea is partially oxidized, placing it somewhere between green and black tea in both flavor and character. The level of oxidation can vary widely, producing teas that range from light and floral to rich, smooth and roasted. Oolong teas typically offer a complex, layered taste and a naturally balanced caffeine level.
