Gotu Kola

Gotu Kola has long been used in Ayurvedic medicine as a cerebral tonic and spiritually enhancing herb. It improves memory and intelligence, combats mental fatigue and increases circulation to the brain. It is known as an herbal adaptogen, which is a herb that helps to improve the body's resistance to stress. It has anti-inflammatory properties and helps to treat various skin conditions. Note that gotu kola is not related to the kola nut, therefore contains no caffeine.
