Vanilla Rooibos - Lotus Teabag Collection

Soft notes of vanilla and a wonderful complexity from the combination of red and green roobios. Rich yet crisp, nutty, grassy, sweet and a clear vanilla aroma and taste. This blend is a wonderful tea anytime served hot or cold and is naturally caffeine-free.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Years ago I bought vanilla rooibos from another tea seller, until it was discontinued. I was happy to find this flavour at Shanti Tea and even happier now that I have tried it. The vanilla flavour is not terribly strong, but it is there. You can tell you are not drinking plain rooibos tea. The tea is very smooth and pleasant to drink. The amount of tea in the teabag is okay, but when I switch to the loose tea I plan to try one and a half to two teaspoons to get a stronger flavour. The teabags themselves work well as there is room for the tea to move. Going forward, I will use the tin to store loose tea. Submitted by Linda in Nepean

Finally, you may love espresso, and want something kid friendly so they can feel grown up and enjoy a latte or sip on Roospresso while you enjoy your espresso.
Rooibos is a wonderful tisane from South Africa, where many people consume it similarly to how we prepare black tea (with milk, lemon, honey or similar accompaniments). It comes from...
