Mao Feng Grade A
Mao Feng, one of the Famous Chinese Teas, is well-known for is clean and bright profile. Our Grade A Mao Feng has sweet, delicate flavours and is perfectly balanced by the slight vegetal notes. We've tried infusing this tea a variety of different ways, it infuses well multiple times and is a perfect tea for the Gong Fu method of infusing. It is also excellent infused as a regular green tea, however we feel that this is no regular green tea! A wonderful example of high quality tea, displaying complexity, balance, smoothness and almost creamy texture. This delicious tea can be served hot or iced, it will hold the flavour even when chilled.
