A Smooth & Smoky Collection
A Smooth Smoky Collection - Three of the smokeist teas in three varieties - black tea, oolong tea and green tea. Naturally smoky, very complex and perfect for tea drinkers, whiskey lovers and anyone who appreciates anything smoked.
The king of smoky teas. Lapsang Souchong is smoked over campfire, and that's exactly how it smells and tastes. Not a fan of drinking liquid smoke? Try this tea in baking, cocktails and meat marinades instead!
Wuyi Rock Oolong
An oolong tea with exceptional complexity. Notes of wood, earth, chocolate, nuts and smoke.
Named after it's gunpowder like appearance and smoky flavour, gunpowder is a green tea from China with vegetal notes, slightly nutty with a distinct smoke flavour.
We suggest enjoying each tea alone, the flavours are all unique. If you wish to do a side by side comparison, taste Gunpowder first, then Wuyi Rock and finish with Lapsang Souchong.
Gunpowder Infuse 1 heaping teaspoon in 8oz hot water (75°C) for 1-2 minutes.
Wuyi RockInfuse 1 heaping teaspoon in 8oz hot water (80°C) for 1-2 minutes.
Lapsang Souchong Infuse 1 heaping teaspoon in 8oz boiling water (100°C) for 2 minutes.

• Follow the directions for each tea listed above regarding water temperature and time.
• Remove tea and use the concentrate in cocktails, marinades, sauces, soups, baked goods and more. Tea leaves are edible, so slice them up and add them in for extra flavour.
