Eleuthero Root Ginseng also known as Siberian ginseng has been used extensively in Herbal Medicine to help improve physical performance after physical exertion, for reducing lethargy, alleviating general fatigue, and to increase stamina. The taste of eleuthero is pungent and slightly bitter. Dried root and root bark can be used as a tea, tincture, or powdered and encapsulated.
